    Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 12 hours of order placement.
    Contingent upon stock availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing.
    After shipping, Order arrives within the time frame selected on the order forms. For expedited shipping ( UPS Next day, 2day and 3 day select), the select orders must be submitted by 11:00 AM( Central Standard Time). Otherwise it will be processed next business day.

    Shipping Delays

    Cancellation Fees

    For any shipments returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing on order, there will be a 20% cancellation fee assessment. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

    Back Orders

    If the order item is not available, you will be placed on a priority waiting list. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival.   • Customer must notify us of the problem and desire to do an exchange or return. Request for exchange or return must be made within 3 business days of receipt of item(s).
  • Exchanges or returns must be pre authorized by “” with RMA # (Returned Merchandize Authorization Number). Without RMA #, the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized return product fee.
  • Items must be sent back within 10 business days of receipt in new condition. Your eligibility of returns is denied if the Items were worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and also be odor-free.
    Costume wigs and clearance sale items are FINAL SALES.
  • There is 20% restocking fee on for all refunds. However, there are no restocking fees for exchanges. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping are to be paid by the customers and the damaged or lost packages are not responsible by us.
  • Exchange must be of equal greater value.
